Cookies, in plain language
Cookies are small records a website can ask your browser to store. Local storage and session storage are related browser technologies. This notice covers all three. Our custom optional analytics uses local/session storage; “cookie preferences” is the label for controlling it.
Your choice
Optional analytics starts only after you choose Allow analytics. Declining does not stop you from reading the site, contacting us or using your account. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track override permission and keep optional analytics off.
Withdrawing permission stops new optional events and removes the current visit identifier. It does not erase events already received. Use your browser’s settings to clear stored site data; this may sign you out and reset display preferences and walkthroughs.
What is stored

What optional analytics measures
Page categories, broad referral sources, form starts, successful demo/signup/contact submissions and free-trial button clicks. Our analytics event table does not include message contents, name, email, query strings or raw IP addresses. Raw events older than 30 days are removed by daily cleanup. This is separate from operational support records and hosting logs.
Email measurement is separate
Some service notification emails may include open or click measurement. Secure authentication messages use a sender configured without tracking. Website cookie preferences do not control your email client or email tracking; contact us with questions. Open and click measurements can be inaccurate.
