Shop CRM

The built-in product is not yet available as a complete sales CRM. Features and delivery timing are confirmed through a scoped project.

Who it is for

Built around your kind of work.

Manufacturers handling RFQs

Organize the company, contact, drawing revision and requested delivery date before estimating begins. Identify missing information rather than letting an incomplete request stall in an inbox.

B2B sales and service teams

Define what a qualified enquiry means, who owns follow-up and when a conversation becomes an opportunity. Preserve context when another team member takes over.

Growing customer relationships

Plan a shared view of contacts, open opportunities and previous conversations. Agree on access and retention rules for personal information from the start.

How it fits

A clear workflow, from start to finish.

Capture the enquiry

Choose the fields and sources that matter: website forms, manually entered calls or approved integrations. Availability of each connection is assessed in the project scope.

Qualify and follow up

Define stages, owners, due dates and reasons for lost opportunities. Automations should support a useful sales process, not add messages without a purpose.

Hand off with context

Specify which customer, quote and delivery details operations needs. ERP and CRM data synchronization must be explicitly scoped and tested.

Questions about Ovrendi CRM

Can I use Ovrendi CRM as a finished subscription today?

No. The standalone CRM product is in development. You can discuss a custom CRM project, with deliverables and timing agreed in writing.

How is CRM different from ERP?

CRM organizes customer relationships and sales activity. ERP organizes operational work such as jobs, production and costs. A handoff should connect them without making either team duplicate unnecessary data.

Can it connect to my website or email?

We can assess the available APIs, permissions and data requirements. Connections are project-specific and are not promised before that assessment.
