Terms of Use — draft

A clearer view of account access, quoting responsibilities, trials and support.

Updated October 9, 2026.

Review before relying

This is a draft, not a final agreement.

Clear billing choice

No-card trials do not charge automatically.

Know your access

Only enabled modules are included.

Draft — not final contractual terms.

The operator’s legal name, mailing address and final commercial provisions require confirmation and legal review. This page is not presented as an executed agreement. Any signed pilot or customer agreement remains controlling.

Service and authorized use

Ovrendi provides the modules enabled for your company workspace. Product pages distinguish available tools from pilots and features in development. Roadmap descriptions are not delivery commitments. Use the service for lawful business activities, protect login credentials, and upload only information you are authorized to provide. Do not interfere with other workspaces, probe unauthorized access or misuse the service.

Your records and quoting responsibility

You retain ownership of your business records. Ovrendi needs permission to host and process those records to deliver the service. Company administrators manage users and access. Imported quantities, material details, machine rates, gas consumption, electricity costs, taxes and commercial terms must be reviewed before issuing a quotation. Estimates are not machine programming, engineering advice or a guarantee of actual production cost. PDF quotes omit internal rates and margins.

Trials, subscriptions and currency

Standard signup trials are 14 days without a card unless a separate pilot period is agreed. No-card trials do not automatically charge a payment method. When you explicitly complete subscription checkout, the USD price, billing frequency and first charge date shown there apply, including any remaining trial. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Payment requires a working live checkout; test-mode transactions do not charge real money.

Use Manage billing to review or cancel a subscription before the next renewal. A scheduled cancellation normally ends access at the displayed billing-period end. Failed payments may restrict module access. Final tax, refund, price-change notice and suspension provisions must be confirmed before commercial launch. Existing agreed customer pricing is not changed by this draft.

Accounts and company administration

Use accurate account details and keep credentials private. Company owners and administrators are responsible for inviting authorized people, assigning appropriate roles and removing access when needed. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. A user account or trial does not grant access to every module.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the service to send unlawful material, impersonate another business, introduce malicious code, scrape another company’s records or bypass access and subscription controls. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through our contact form or email. Customer content remains the customer’s property; using Ovrendi does not transfer ownership of the software or brand.

Support, availability and data

Use Report a bug to submit issues, screenshots and replies, or contact hello@getovrendi.com or our contact form. Support is provided in writing; phone support is not offered. No guaranteed response time or uptime commitment is included unless separately agreed in writing. Read the Privacy and data practices notice for data use, providers, account activity, analytics choices and requests. Request data export before closing a workspace.

Service limitations and external tools

Pilot features may change and require additional review. Keep appropriate copies of important business records and verify generated quotations before relying on them. Third-party payment, email and hosting services have their own applicable terms. Tutorials and demonstrations are guidance, not a promise of a particular commercial result or a replacement for trained machine operation.

Changes, closure and disagreements

Questions about billing, access or a service issue should be raised in writing at hello@getovrendi.com. Any final agreement must explain how material changes are notified, how each party may end service, how records can be exported, and how disputes are handled. No new binding refund, liability or jurisdiction clause is imposed by this draft.

Registered operator identity; governing law and dispute process; warranty and liability provisions; refunds and taxes; termination, export and deletion timelines; update and price-change notice; customer data-processing terms and provider obligations. These items must be reviewed by a qualified adviser rather than inferred from a software template.
