OVRENDI QUOTING / MANUFACTURING PILOT

Your cutting report.
A clearer quotation.

Turn a supported Han’s LaserNest export into a reviewed customer quote. Use your shop’s material, machine, gas and electricity rates, then share a PDF or private approval link.

For laser-cutting and fabrication shops. Human review stays part of the workflow.

KEEP YOUR ESTIMATE CONNECTED

One place to prepare, review and share.

Your costs, made reusable

Save customer defaults, machine settings, gas standards and electricity rates. Each saved revision keeps its own snapshot.

A document your customer can use

Preview the customer-facing quotation and generate a one-page PDF. Internal rates and margin stay out of the customer view.

A recorded customer decision

Share a private link for acceptance, a decline or a change request, with an optional purchase-order number. Refresh responses in your workspace.

Open company and user profiles. Save your company details, then your name and job title. Import a supported Han’s report. Check sheet size, nested quantities, processing time and warnings. Enter your customer and rates. Calculate, resolve missing settings and confirm your review. Save a revision before downloading the PDF. Marking a quote issued does not send email.

A FOCUSED START

Check the fit before you commit.

Have a Han’s export?

The pilot supports the supplied single-run Han’s LaserNest workbook format, up to 2 MB. Some exports use XLSX content with an .xls extension. Other layouts need review.

Know your shop’s rates?

Bring sheet pricing, machine costs, gas pricing and consumption assumptions, and your electricity rate. Missing inputs are flagged rather than silently set to zero.

Need something different?

Direct drawing-to-quote automation, automatic nesting and quote-to-production job creation are not included in this pilot. Tell us what your shop needs.

Ovrendi is an independent software product. References to Han’s identify compatible report workflows and do not imply endorsement.

BEFORE YOUR DEMO

Common questions

Can customers upload drawings for instant pricing?

Not in the current pilot. Staff import a supported Han’s quotation export, review the quantities and apply their own shop rates.

Does approving a quotation take payment?

No. The approval link records a customer response. It does not charge a card. Your Ovrendi software subscription is separate from your customer quotations.

Does Ovrendi email my quotations automatically?

No. Create the private approval link and share it yourself, or download and send the PDF. Anyone with the private link can view and submit its first response.

Which currency can I quote in?

Quoting supports CAD, USD, EUR and GBP as selected currencies. Rates must use the selected currency; automatic currency conversion is not applied. Ovrendi subscriptions are priced in USD.

How much does it cost?

Review the current plans and included modules. Check your checkout for the applicable trial, price and billing date. The enquiry form below does not start a paid subscription.
