Open company and user profiles. Save your company details, then your name and job title.

Import a supported Han’s report. Check the sheet size, nested quantities, processing time, and any warnings.

Enter your customer and rates. Calculate the quote, resolve missing settings, and confirm your review.

Save a revision before downloading the PDF. Check the customer document. Marking a quote issued does not send email.

Gas and electricity settings

Choose how you pay for gas. Use bottle pack pricing, a unit price, or a manual job charge.

For bottle packs, enter the supplier’s gas volume. This is standard cubic metres, not cylinder water capacity.

Enter average electrical input and your electricity price. Use electrical input, not the laser’s optical power rating.

Save reusable settings as a gas or electricity profile. Review them for each job, and avoid counting costs twice.

Open the guided walkthrough inside Quoting. It explains the real controls without changing your data.
